Plan International invites highly competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following position:



  • Lead the program team in the development and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system and oversee routine program monitoring activities.
  • Ensure the quality and relevance of the project’s monitoring and evaluation design.
  • Utilize the Collaborative, Learning, and Adapting Approach to continually assess project progress and inform project management decision-making.
  • Provide support to the performance of the Baseline, Midline line and Endline Assessments.
  • Document results of the M&E system and produce periodic reports required by Plan Philippines, national offices, and donor agencies.
  • This role is based in Makati City, Philippines, and is for a one-year assignment.


  • A graduate of Social Science, Statistics, Social Work, Community Development, Statistics or other related courses
  • At least five years in development work
  • Must have at least three years’ experience in conducting research, planning, developing and managing community development work-related projects
  • Has relevant project management, participatory research; and monitoring and evaluation methods, project proposal development
